1. Shipping & Delivery

Processing & Transit

• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and handed off to our carriers within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). High order volumes or backordered items may cause slight delays.

• Carrier Partners: We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Once your package is handed over to the carrier, transit times and handling are outside of our direct control.

• Tracking: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships (please check your spam/junk folder). Check the carrier’s website directly for real-time tracking updates.

Shipping Insurance & Delivery Issues All orders include shipping insurance to protect against packages lost or damaged in transit by the carrier.

• Lost Packages: We must wait 20 business days from the carrier pick-up date before we can officially declare a package lost and file an insurance claim.

• Theft: Please ensure your delivery location is secure. Rockypeptidechain.com is not liable for packages stolen after the carrier confirms a successful delivery, and insurance does not cover post-delivery theft.

2. Returns & Refunds

All Sales Are Final Due to the sensitive nature of our research products and to ensure they remain untampered, we do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances. Please review your cart carefully before completing your purchase.

Reporting Order Issues (Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items) If there is an issue with your order, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery.

• Damaged Items: We require clear photos of the damaged product and the internal and external shipping packaging to file an insurance claim.

• Missing Items: Include your order number and details of the missing product. To prevent fraud, we use a double-verification checklist and retain pre-dispatch photos of all shipments for 3 business days. If verified, we will promptly ship the missing item. High-value orders may also require a signature upon delivery.

• Defective Items: We stand by our products. However, anecdotal claims are not accepted. To claim a product is defective, you must provide proof via an HPLC test result from an accredited lab (see Section 3). Upon approval, we will issue a replacement or refund at our discretion.

3. Product Testing & Quality Guarantee

We are fully confident in the purity and quality of our products.

If you have your product tested by a US-based, accredited third-party laboratory and the Certificate of Analysis (CoA) shows a purity of less than 95% or a quantity more than 10% under the labeled dose, we will cover the cost of your test and issue a full refund, store credit, or replacement.

Testing Guarantee Requirements:

• Verification: We must be able to verify the test results directly with the testing facility via telephone.

• Compound Yields: This guarantee does not apply to compounds where the labeled dosage refers to the entire salt compound and the yield of the active component is scientifically established to be lower (e.g., a 50mg peptide salt yielding 25mg of pure peptide). It is the researcher’s responsibility to understand the yield of their compounds.

• Evidence: Purely anecdotal claims of a product's efficacy or quality will not be accepted.

4. Chargeback Policy

​

Your satisfaction is our priority, and we ask that you contact our support team to resolve any issues before filing a chargeback with your bank.

If a chargeback is initiated:

• Your account, name, email, and address will be permanently banned from future purchases at Rockypeptidechain.com and may be shared with our vendor network for fraud prevention.

• We will aggressively contest the chargeback using your order details, tracking information, and our agreed-upon store policies.

• If the chargeback is resolved in your favor, a $35 processing fee will be deducted from any future order or refund to cover administrative costs.
